Send in a story

Anyone at Kimball can write for the paper. Nothing you send goes online by itself — an editor reads every submission and decides whether it runs.

This is the byline readers will see.

Only so an editor can reach you about the story.

What happened?

One line under the headline, giving the reader a reason to keep going.

Markdown works: **bold**, *italic*, and > for a pull quote.

Got a photo? Choose one from your computer or phone. An editor can add or replace it before publishing, so leave this blank if you are not sure.

Photo (optional)

No photo yet.

For readers who cannot see it. Only needed if you added a photo.

What you write is kept in this browser until you send it, so it is safe to come back later.
